Default Off Road H

Well my buddy has a 98 GT with gutted cats and Flowmaster 50s and it sounds great. well im going to get an Off road H pipe tomrrow and i alreay have flowmaster 40s, will that sound louder ? Which one is louder Xpipe or H, i heard X is more raspy and better for perfmorence im just looking for the noise.

Soundsss Great, why does mustangs come with 6 cats? So im really going to notice it when i put my o/r H pipe in.

You will deff notice it without cats. its amazing. i'm not sure why 94-98 came with six cats. i'm figuring that the cats designed were'nt as efficient as the newer ones. all i know is that it caused one word: RESTRICTION!

True im geting it installed tomrrow called some shops around, werid thu i called Mr Muffler i was like u guys got Off road H pipes, He was like We have 2 cats, if u dont havea cats you will get pulled over and 10,000 dollar find, he starting like yelling at me for even thinkking about puting an catless midpipe in, i live in MD.

sounds good every have anyone trouble with cops, or if u just dont drive hard around cops it be all good.

no trouble with cops...its pretty if you have a manual...you can tone the sound down quite a bit.
