GT vs Cobra.. read please!!
alright, as my sig says, im saving for a GT. but i might be thinking about getting a 99-01 cobra if the price is right. ill be 18 and ill be fully paying for my car. and i have to pay the difference in insurance from my 6er to w/e the next car i get is. so........................
1) does insurance differ from a GT to a 99-01 Cobra?? if so by how much?? (ill still be on my parents insurance so my insurance wont be through the roof)
2) are mods a lot more expensive for a cobra??
3) which is more reliable?
4) will a cobra still net medecent gas mileage?

insurance will differ, its a 260hp car vs. a 310hp car, I doubt anyone here could tell you what the difference would be, but i'd guess u'd pay about 200/month for full coverage. Call up an insurance agency and get a quote, or go on progressive or geico or something.

i doutb i could afford an 01.. as of now i MAY know someone selling is but idk if he will keep it til im ready to get into the market...
its a laser red 99 with like 20,000 miles. fully stock.
it would be a sweet pick-up for around 12G

Man, all the young kids are getting Cobras now. I cant wait to graduate college so I can work full time and get myself one.
If I were you I would shell out the extra $ to get the Cobra. You will be happier in the end.

If you get a GT you'll wish you had a cobra... If you get a Cobra, you'll wish you had a faster Cobra. The problem with getting a GT is you'll never have a faster Cobra, only a fast GT.....
