Default TB or CAI?

If you could either get a CAI or a TB for your next mod, what one would you go for?

throttle body will give you better drivability (throttle response) CAI will do nothing but make a neat noise... just get a K&N filter and the tb

Not a huge gain but run 1 said car stock with a k&n and run same said car with a cai. THe cai car will win. Not by much but it will.

Isn't the stock tb 70mm? If so, I would suggest getting a TrickFlow upper intake plenum. Might only add a few ponies, but its cheaper than most CAI's and tb's.

Edit: I think the 99+'s were all 65mm tb's. Either way, I would go with an intake plenum over the other two options.
