Ok,I lost my license for a while.My question to you fellas is this...Since i have a loan on my mustang,is the bank gonna get mad and repo it?I plan on parking it for a while over the winter anyways and plan on paying for it,but everyone i talk to says to park it behind my house and im gonna lose it.Any input on this?Thanks[sm=headbang.gif]

i hope you didnt lose it by racing. i dont think they will repo it because you lost your license. How long is it gone for?

The bank doesn't give a $hit about your license. Keep making the payments and the car won't go anywhere.

Your insurance, on the other hand, may have a problem with that.

^yup, as long as you keep making your payments it won't matter, now as if your parents(if you still live with them) should take your car away(if you lost license for something stupid), that would be another matter

Well im glad to hear that they wont take it,and no i didnt lose my license for racing or anything.I have a clean record its for child support.I have a really mean ex.Once she saw i had a "mustang",all of a sudden she wants more.They suspended it until i pay my arrears.Its like a grand.My truck needed seroius help and it was hard to get to work so i financed my stang to get there cause i was losing money .

Your car won't get repoed. You should drop the insurance on it though, no need to waste money. You need to contact the bank and let them know you're putting the car away (storage) for the winter. Usually they won't have a problem with this. All they should make you pay foris a type of comprehensive coverage called "storage insurance" (thats what Progressive calls it anyways). It costs me like 20 a month when I put mine away for the winter.

No problem. Just make sure you OK it with them first. I know my bank will purchase a policy on my behalf (with or without my ok)and add the cost to my loan if I don't maintain proper insurance or notify them of any changes.
