Yep, the 99+ should dyno anywhere from 220-230 hp at the rear wheels stock depending if you have a manual or auto tranny. Which in turn gives you around the 260 hp at the crank.

Well this is bull**** because my car dynoed 217 rwhp on its first run and 226 rwhp on the second, stock except for weld in flows (at the time)

 

I have a 99 GT and there is no way I would have kept up with the cars I've raced with only 225hp at the crank. I dont believe that anyone with a 99 has a non-pi setup from the factory... that would just be stupid on fords part. they could get sued for that.

 

even if you had the non PI, it would be a drivers race, one has the 5.0 and one has the 4.6, just different power curves, even though, if you had the non PI, you should still win, stock to stock

 

non-pi is still a 4.6 just with different heads and intake and something else that has for some reason eluded my memory at the moment.

 

Your right but he was refering to the original posters question if the 99 would outrun the 95 (5.0)
