I have a knock that hits at about 3500rpm and carries through 4500rpm. It pretty much makes the same sound when the revs drop below idelin the parking lot in 2nd gear. Think that I have a valve issues? Power seems to be there but the sound makes me nervous.

 

Spun rod... It's the crank hitting the back of the block. Change your oil and check for particulates...
