Default got 4.30s installed

well i wasnt sure i made the right call but after driving them im glad i got 4.30s. some say that its annoying to drive and whatnot but its really not that bad. at 70mph im right around 2500rpm (with a t-45). im glad i didnt get 3.73s beacuse to me they would not be worth it for the $$.

oh and first and second gears are awesome and ive yet to really get on it .

its true what they say, "dont fear the gear"

You made a wise choice. And yeah, don't beat on them just yet. Drive normal (as in without any spirited runs) for the first 500 miles. And make sure you hear no gear whine or anything like that, as that would be cause to take it back.

Just do the usual casual drive for 5-10 miles and let them cool. Do that 3-4 times and then go to town. They just need a few times to heat and cool so they can set-up. I'm glad I only have 3:73's becuz with a 32v motor that has LT's, O/R H-pipe and magnapacks cruising on the highway is super loud. 2600 at 80mph Damn good thing I have a bangin system

i don't want to cause a debate, but how are the motives. I know they are like short shifters. Some prefer the FRPP's and others prefer the Motive.

That's when you go ahead and upgrade tires and suspension parts. [8D]

+1. Good luck launching with 4.30s [:@] and then i went ahead and threw a ton of torque on my motor to try and see if i could even lessen my chances of ever hooking up.
