Torco Accelerator
I heard thats good ****. brings 91 up to 110 or something like that.
It is! Before the new short block, when running 10.5:1 comp and an S/C, no detonation with that product (this was also before meth)

don't use it. the stock computer and aftermarket tuners can't read the octane of gas above 98. so it'd be pointless to put it in. unless you re-map your ecu, then that **** is pointless.

You mean those little shot-glass bottles with big shiny font words on them that you see at the counter at Autozone?

Snake-oil.......Plus, your car is not tuned for any octane higher than what it is...so putting it in wont do ****...it might have a placebo affect, and cause you to punch it more often and make it seem like your car is faster...it does nothing.

REAL octane booster is for people who accidentally put 87 octane in their 91 octane tuned car. The real **** is way more expensive, but it actually does bump the octane up. I know people who use leaded fuel additives in their old Mustangs, because thats what they used to run on back in the day.

there was a previous thread persoanlly i dont think so. someone said it takes 10 bottles to equal 1 octane increase[&:]you do the math

there are soem gas stations that offer 106+
theres a station here with 115 and my best friends sister's prom date put that in his little ricer to try and be impressive for prom night, and blew it up on the way to prom...bad idea to run racing fuel in a ****ty stock engine.... plus, why run anymore than 87 unless you are tuned for it??? he has a GT and last time i checked those are supposed to run on 87 octane....unless he changed his timing or something

No, I meant Octane booster is snake oil. I've never heard of Torco... If it relys on the same chemicals as the rest of the market it's still snake oil. If it's different, I have no opinion because I would have no proof or experience.

This is not even in league with your Walmart/Autozone crap!
