RE: FRPP blower
I don't think they are very efficient.. I've seen dyno sheets of cars making a little over 300rwhp with this..

RE: FRPP blower
i believe that is derived from an m90 blower. they arent that great if it is, it is comparable to the one on the base supercharged saleens. i believe max out put is like 365 then the blower is absolutely out of air. if it helps any the m90 is the blower on the tbird 3.8 supercoupes.

RE: FRPP blower
well darn, if i ever needed an new intake manifold id buy it. hell with a nice set of cams how bad can it be?
|
RE: FRPP blower
its a piece of crap, just an eaton blower from ford, you would be very disappointed

RE: FRPP blower
when i say 365 is the limit i mean its the limit. thats with full boltons stage 3 heads and blower cams. its not really designed for a motor with that much displacement, i believe the m90 is also the blower on GM 3.8s such as the grand prixs and such.

RE: FRPP blower
I mean... maybe it's good for raodracing because it doesn't take that much power to turn??
idk... i guess it is kinda pointless for the money. |
RE: FRPP blower
A local shop that does my work got over 400 out of this blower. Its what got me thinking about buying it.

RE: FRPP blower
Jeg's sells them too.
It operates at 6 psi and supposedly adds 55 hp to a stock 4.6L. I wonder what the increase is with long tubes/mid pipe/cat back and a good tune? Also, I suppose you could change the pulley too to up the boost? Here is a link to their info on it. http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...0002_410910_-1 |
