Default Automatic HVAC

I have a 2002 Mustang GT, and I was wondering if I could convert the manual HVAC controls to automatic. My parents had a 2002 Expedition Eddie Bauer with auto controls, didn't know if it was an easy job to make the mustang have auto controls. Thanks!

Yea, and stupid me didn't check behind on the expedition to see if all the vacuum hoses went right up to the controls like they do on my car. Cause it would be a lot of work going simplyfrom a manual controlled XLT Explorer (for example) to an automatic eddie bauer and change where all the vacuum hoses go. So i'm thinking if the circuit board on the HVAC controls can do it, it should just be a simple swap.

Yeah but if its a whole serious of vacuum hoses then idk if its worth it. I think your parents might notice if you took their HVAC controls though Yeah my parents have a 00 EB Sexpedition with a 5.4 and many a times when they've gone out of town i've been tempted to go over and swap out their 5.4 for my 4.6[8D] lol

Hah, they might notice a bit of a power decrease. I don't know, I just wanna do somethin to my car, I've only had it for like 3 months, but wanna start gettin into mods... gotta save the expensive stuff till I get a good job, hah. I already did the projector headlights with HID head/fog lights... and gonna make all the other lights LED. I was also kinda interested in a digital cluster, haven't been able to find anything good on that though. Iuno, if anybody can think of anything please let me know, gonna try to s/c it within the next few months, but like I said, need some more money. Feel free to get in contact me any way. psykobrat@tmail.com=email, 856-577-3000=txt, psyk0brat=aim, if anybody can think of anything.
