its the people that dont have fart cants that you need to wry about. those are the ones that have built cars. and they are FAST

 

Oh i dont worry, heck i wont even race one i just look over and give em thumbs up!And watchem try and show out. I kinda get a kick out of it.

 

Dont get too cocky though Ive met sleepers before. I learned the hard way from a little toyota with messed up paint and a autozone spoiler + the typical fart muffler. I lost by7 cars and had the deer in the headlights look when he flew by.So I talked to the guy at the next light as it turns out he had alot of money in it. lol

 

+1 same damn thing happened to me, a 07 si...built up pretty good all motor. i would have stuck with it if i didnt spin like a ****.. he didnt spin at all..lol i guess thats 1 + for not having n e torque

 

yeahh I know some of these people have ugly looking cars that are mad fast I'm sure he is stockat most he got a intake..

 

k20 is one hell of an engine for a N/A four banger197(?) crank HP for a 4 banger vs 260 to our 8......pretty impressive.....The only thing is, the new civics are a lot heavier than the old hatches so they arent that quick. I however met a kid with a 92 DX civic hatch....k20 swap + light car = buh bye

just be careful man...a new SI with just an intake/header/exhaust can smack around some mild bolt-on 99-04 GT's so just watch yourself.....

 

Ya gotta watch out for some of those Hondas. Like this one

 

The base Civic is a commuter. The SI is pretty quick. They are only 2600lbs and have 200hp.

 

make sure he doesnt have a bottle in the trunk. yesterday night there was a newish(06+) civic si sedan at the local car hangout spot with a 75 shot.

 

i met a guy with an 07 SI and this thing was built very nicely. he had it turbocharged and he was pushing 340ish to the wheels. had the bottom end forged and everything. the best thing was he did not have a fart can! lol. he did however have the crappy paint job with jap writing all over. but it was an impressive car.
