Lol, I just saw this post and I figured I should contribute You're quite welcome, by the way. I can't imagine how nerve wracking that must have been for you to go through with that transation. There were a lot of unknowns. I tried to make it as fair as I could for both of us and it looks like it turned out well There is one other thing we need to tie up, though.
