So after riding in my boys 03 Cobra, and my other boys 06 GT I realized that im missing out on alot of power or something! Well I know that the Cobras are the sh*t, but I had no idea on how fast and powerful the stock 06s were.He pretty much had me pinned back into my seat the whole time. So im wondering,willgears plus bolt ons get me there, or do I need otherstuff? (Keep in mind that im auto) Basically I just wanna be faster than the 06,the Cobra is out of the question!

 

Full bolt ons should get you there, plus you will be lighter then the 06.

 

Get some gears dude! Should liven up things for ya and give you that "pinned against the seat" feel.

 

gears, tune...and exhaust makes you sound faster

 

A bolt on 04 GT will be faster than a stock 06 with better power to weight ratio. But an 06 with bolt ons will be a beast.

 

Full bolt ons is about the same as buying a paxton novi 2000. I'd recommend 3.73's and 4.1's that will liven up your accel. The 05+'s more powerful but their weightcauses them to be about as quick as our cars. They just have much better gearing than our new edge gt's.

 

Just save for a supercharger.

that took a brand new gt with a cai, tune and i dont know if tires. but he ran like a 13.1

 

Stock S197s can run 13.5 bone stock with an average driver. They are definately quick.....

With gears, full exhaust, and most of the bolt ons youwill be close to that.

 

those new 05+ Gts give a lotta guys at the track a run for there money with just minor bolt ons
