250 isnt bad, most of the places quoted my 350 to do it, but the transmission shop thats installing my 4.10's said they would install my lt's for 120.00 , yeah its cheap and i wasnt expecting him to say that so im going with him .

But if i didnt find him 250 is better then all the other places i priced, and i called every mechanic , muffler shop , performance shop around.

lol...a local guy (On my local forum) offered to install LT's on somebody else's car for $350 (I think it was) and nobody could believe how cheap that was. If you want LTs you better jump on that $250. Get it in writing so they don't jack the price up when they realize what they've done
+1.

250$ is dirt *** cheap for LT header install. most people cant find a place for under 500$. if your gonna let them do it get a FINAL PRICE in writing.be careful, you could end up walking out with a 700$ bill because of the fine print.
I don't think it's like that. They have been doing business with the company I work for, for 5+ years. Everyone is on a first name basis.

Hey, Bryan... Did you supply the gears? Or is that $350 out the door for everything? If so, I'll be makinga stop there soon.

$250 is a good price. I take it they never installed LTs on a 4.6L mustang before. I had a buddy that paid $400 and the shop had never done them before. They told him that noone will ever get a deal like he did and they would charge $800 for the install from then on.

I paid 350 at a mustang shop, thats the LTs, midpipe and cutting and welding cutouts onto the midpipe.

I would do it myself if I could, there is a good website that has step by step pictures and instructions that my grandmother could put them on

Mike Nichols (Mustang Guru) did my LT install for $325.Most of the guys who buy their LT'sfrom LRS are often pointed in his direction when they ask who can install. He also did my gears. Great guy!
