yeah you will have a fast car with that setup, but he will be even faster. he wont destroy you, but if he hooks/can drive/doesnt miss a gear he should beat you by id say 2-4 lengths

If that's 320 N/A at the wheels, which I doubt, you're gonna get smoked. Otherwise you'll lose unless he misses a gear, is a crappy driver, tires don't hook, etc.
-whats the power limit of the mach 1 motor? hes dynoed at about 320hp now?

youll be lucky with the mods you listed if you hit 370rwhp or so. hes gonna be well in the 420-440rwhp range. plus hes gonna have more torque down low. hes gonna have a few cars on you from a role. off the line, just hope he spins, or cant drive. and since hes got a full exhaust he may be more along the 450-460rwhp range.

with meth id believe you hittin 400. the only thing is that he has more rpms than you, better power curve and a bit more power. if you make 400, then it wont be as bad, but ur gonna need to pray that misses a gear or hope that he cant drive.

You're kidding, right? I have CAI, LT's, x-pipe, UDP's, coils, aluminum DS and just dyno'd 311 to the wheels. Unless he has something else done to it, I find 320rwhp hard to believe.
