I got a 2003 gt, how do you take off the restrictor? or you gotta buy the tuner?

Maybe he is talking about the rev limiter, or top speed limiter... If that's the case, yes, I believe you can remove it with a hand-held tuner...

Personally, I have never heard anything bad against the SCT X-Cal (2 or 3), or the Diablosport Predator

Maybe he is talking about the speed limiter, won't it stop somewher right at 150 or so, maybe he would like to go faster than 150

The rearend floats around 150. Its very a uncomfortable feeling. Plus you need to check your tire rating before you try to go that fast.
