UPR sells a lot of suspension components that you might want to look into.
Maybe also Maximum Motorsports?

Let me get this correct, you want to put a Ford 460 which is a Big Block into your 95gt and use 4cyl springs that are cut??..LMAO You cannot even use them without being cut. If you use your stock GT springs, I bet you would get a 2"lowered appearance. The weight difference is HUGE! Like 200lbs. I think it's a terrible idea to put such a ridiculous motor like that in your car to begin with. You can get just as much power for the same price out of a 302 bored sb, just not as much torque.

with some weight reduction , i'll be in the mid/low 11's

have fun with a 302 getting into the11'swith the same amount of money that the 460 will cost.

With the amount of weight you are going to be dropping into the front end you will have to go to a coilover set up. If you plan on drag racing this thing coilovers up front is the way to go. I would highly suggest a tubed K member just to help with the weight factor. QA1 sells a kit (K member, a arms, adj struts, coilovers and springs) for around $1200 that is for the 94-95 gt and all you will have to buy is the motor mount conversion to drop in the 460.

For the rear get a nice set of drag springs, control arms and adj shocks.
