Don't be 100% against e-bay just check feedback and reviews of the seller. Buy from shops on there. Every part I have ordered on e-bay, private or business, i have gotten in a timely maner and at a good price.

 

i got the same tb and elbow in the link and i have no complaints about do not expect much if any noticable power gains out of that combo alone.... but you will feel some better throttle response. i say go for it. i dont see the reason to spend 400+ on accufab.
