So this guy in a 03 GT pulls up next to me at sonic, and you know he revs his engine and what not. Its pretty loud BTW.I let my window down and we go to talking, and he says that he has 290hp with just straight pipes and an intake that he made himself. At the time I didnt want to laugh, but now I am. There are many people out there in a dream land!

whats wrong with that? i have like 320. h-pipe=30 air filter+20 shifter+10

 

my bumper inserts added 20-25 hp and the shorty antenna easily added 30

 

i dunno what your talking about man... those #'s are legit!

Ok, well in that case, just me getting in the car adds a good 300 hp to it. What can I say, im kinda a big deal! lol

 

My sportline springs gave me 50+!! The alignment gave it another 15 ponies..

 

I met a guy like that. Me and some friends were hanging out and this guy pulled up in a horribly sounding 00 gt. He said he had 500 rwhp NA. He said his 4.6 was bored and stroked to 393ci. He said that is the most you can bore and stroke a 4.6 to. He also said his heads were P&P and had cams. I looked at his engine and only saw a CAI, LTs, SLP LM 1s and I could still see the factory silicone under his timing cover so I knew his engine had never been taken apart. I was gonna say something and just dog him out right there in front of everybody but my wife stopped me. I just went to my car opened the hood and went into the store to buy something to drink. My friends told him what was done to my car and that he better leave. They told me later that they told him "He (me) knows more about the modular motors then anybody in this town and when he comes back out he is going to tear you up and down for being a ricer" Haven't seen the guy but one other time when I pulled next to him at a light. I just looked at him and smiled. I f*cking hate people like that that will just lie to your face. He is lucky I didn't kick his ***.

Same thing happened to me but this guy was in a turboed vtak civic yo!!! He kept trying to get me to race him. After seeing him about 4 times and him trying to race me I finally gave in. Needless to say I was able to toy with him. We stopped beside each other at the next light so I asked him what he had done to the car. He said that he had vtak yo!!...and it had a turbo. And he was also putting down 250.....TO THE WHEELS!!!!!!! LMFAO!!!!!!
