I think the real deal shops use vinyl on that, like tail tint

Just got my car tinted at a local shop. got 20% on the sides and quarter windows and 15% on front stripe and back glass. The tint isn't sticking to the dots around the edge of the quarter windows and aroung the rearview mirror. Are all the stangs like this is the installer to blame?
