It rains alot in Houston(can have its spurts), but shiit my car blows water out the pipes faster than the sky could drop it, so itll rust from the inside out long before the outside in

 

You may have a slight difference in resonance with aluminized vs 304 stainless due to density differences.. but to be honest, you won't notice one way or the other.

I had to redo my passenger side of my BX aluminized catback today to make room for the 285s. I checked the inside of it as far as I could see with a flashlight, and there were no signs of oxidation.. yet. It's been a good 5k miles with it on, and my car spews water out the exhaust all the time.

 

thats good to know, I just adjusted everything and made everything level. I put the kit on last night with a drive on lift, something like discount tire, its a major PITA to align it, so I had to pull it over the pit, much easier to get to all the nuts and bolts and adjust everything with the axle at ride hieght, not full droop.
