Ford never installed traction control and no on/off button. BTW I drove for 5000 miles on the diff before it stopped hopping around corners.

When the 4.10s went in did you have the trak lok rebuilt? If you did and they didnt soak the new clutches in the friction modifer or gear oil like their suppose to, they can pop and kick. if its what i just explained, it should be gone very soon.

Well i just noticed i have a 04 gt with 30,000 miles. And i had 4.10 put in by a well known shop. Well when i was pulling in my driveway this is the first time noticing it, i had the wheel turned all the way and my rear wheels were kind of slipping and hopping like a 4x4 truck does when you turn sharp. Is this normal because of the posi? It isnt a race car or anything either, just daily driver and had the 4.10s in for about 2000 miles.
Wow how long have you had the car before you noticed that? lol. I knew what year my car was and how many miles it had before i even bought it!
