Default guys with cams... get in here

I'm having a problem and I'm assuming it's because I not use to the cams, so I'd like to know if any of ya'll have experienced the same problem. Here's my issue.... I can't seem to finish a song, it seems like just as a song is going good I either come up to a stop sign or red light and have to turn the radio off and listen to the cams. Anyone else have this problem??

That's why I took my radio out. The sound of thumping cams is so much better than anything on the radio.

It was the addition of my PYPES Pro mufflers that were a $40. extra charge that ruin my music. The mufflers are going and V-Forc are taking their place or possibly Hooker chambered mufflers. Hopefully the V-force as a friend has them on jis '66 Buick Skylark GS with a 401c.i. and he has no drone nor excessive noise so I am hopig with my tiny 281c.i. mine will be even quieter.
Cadillac quiet with cadillac idle would be fine with me as that would be very stealth. However my white top convertible with some sort of reddish small metal flake paint and chrome FR5's(275/40 & 325/25's) pretty do away with the stealth look. Speaking of cams my Sean Hyland #2730's may be coming out even they have but 3000 miles on them as they are too big for me. .495"/.495" & 230*/230* on 114* LSA's. I have an automatic and there is no bottom end with them though they are surely making power with my worst 60' by .2x has gotten me my 4th best et(14.02) and my 2nd best trap(102.x). If I got the .2-.25 60' reduction I would likely each my 13.5 sec goal on streets with a good dyno tune. Then again I could change the cams and go with something like Crower stage 1's for PI heads, .540"/.549" & 216*/220* with 114* LSA's. Another choice is Crower stage 2's for NPI heads with .532"/.532" & 220*/224* with 114* LSA's. Stok PI cams have .50x"/.531" & 200*/209* on 114* LSA's.
OH! What to do!!!

Do who?

Also, none of the "stick on your windshield" timers are accurate so far as 60' is concnered. I used a buddys and it was calling me as running 1.8s when I was burning rubber thru 2 gears...

Also, cams FTW. There is nothing better than sitting at a light, and seeing someone with another sports car come up to the light, start acting like they want to race, and then seeing them crack the window a bit and suddenly loose interest lol.

Oh yessir I know what that's about. I have my windows down all the time (as long as it's not 20*) and hardly ever play the radio. I never get tired of it.
