Default new from ga

sup men, i am new to this forum and and my gt that i recently aqquired a couple of weeks ago. i sold my 98' ls1 back in june. i will have to say that the car was faster than my gt but the stang has so much more style and potential. ever since i was 16 i wanted a 5 speed gt, who didnt? i bought a bbk cai and slp lm 1's for it. i really do not understand what the h-pipe/ x-pipe is all about because it was never an issue on the ls1. and i assume that "o/r" means off road. my question is just bout everybodyin herehas these pipes and most have o/r. i also assume that means no cats..? how does that not make the car go hey wire i.e. o2 sensors, etc...? or either im just way off. thanks have a good one!

Having no cats will set of the CEL, but the rear 02 sensors don't do anything except for make sure the cats are present and working (aka they don't effect the tune).

You can buy cheap mil eliminators that help most of the time, wire them up yourself via a DIY guide, or get a tuner and turn the rear sensors completely off.

Good luck with your GT. BTW, I assume that your topic means your from Georgia. That means your lucky, cause MPH is close. Check out www.modularpowerhouse.com

Yeah an o/r H and a chambered muffler sound awesome. I recomend some Flowmaster 40s or super 44s. Not a lot of people have the new super 44s so you might feel special . As for saying the car has more potential than the ls1... you might become disappointed when you start modding. At least you have a sexy car though.

I was going to mention that. the LS1 has WAYYY more performance potential on the cheap.
