Default Manual Trans Fluid...

Well, ppl are telling me i should get my trans fluid changed... the gears have become a little more notchy than usual, itjust feels like it takes more effort to get them into gear and can sometimes feel it grind a bit goin in... but i don't know if there's any special trans fluid for the 02 gt's... and is that royal purple stuff really worth it for the trans or oil? i got about 76k miles on it..

alrighty, atf it is... do you think at all changin the fluid may smooth it up a bit? i just got the car, and i have no idea when the trans fluid was changed before...and what weight oil and trans fluid should i get? and i guess i should buy the stuff and either take it some where (so they don't put gear oil in it, and put the atf that i buy) or just do it myself...
