Default Performance mods I'm considering

What I'd like to start off with is:

Stage II Patriot heads

Stage I Comp cams(I'm assuming stage I cams wouldn't cause any issues with forced induction if I ever head in that direction)

Trick Flow intake manifold w/ BBK twin 65mm Throttle Body(it's made for the twin 57mm off the Cobra, but since the 65mm is made to replace the 57mm it shouldn't be a problem)

Fuel Injectors(this may be an amateur question, but how many lb's are stock fuel injectors? Can't find any info on the web about that.)

Pullies(not sure what is recommended)

Might go with 3:73 gears eventually, but I also don't know what the stock gears are.

Also what type of power would I be looking at if I went with the first 3 alone? Thats what I want to do first. However, before I do any of this I'd like to get forged internals and an aluminum block(if it's necessary) because I don't want to risk breaking anything. The only company I know of that makes forged engine kits for the modulars is Mahle. I don't know how good they actually are though, but the kit looks promising.

Stock injectors = 19lbs
Stock gears = 3.27

As for the rest of the stuff, I'm not sure. I'm kind of out of the loop, as I got rid of my '02 GT a year or two ago.

i believe the 99-00 have 19lb injectors and the late 01-04 have aalittle higher i think its in the low 20's but dont hold me to that and stock gears are 3.27s. and considering you have over 2 grand in parts right there i think you would be better of saving to get blown you'll see much more power this way

+1 - and if you are, I'd start there and work backwards towards the heads and cams.

Get stage 2 cams and not stage 1's. If you have stage 2 heads itll be fine. And 01-04 have 22# injectors. 99-00 have 19 #'ers

If you're going to get a blower i'd get 3.90 gears.
If you're not supercharging get 4.10 or 4.30 gears.

And underdrive pulleys are a waste of money. But sounds like ur on the right track. I'd look into some headers too

I'm still not too sure about the pullies. I don't expect them to add power to my car, but I think it's necessary if I'm going to mod it. In other words I want my car to have a lot more power, but I think reliability should come first (speaking from experience).

If your going for power, get yourself a blower and start from there. Our 2v's do not respond all that well to bolt ons.
