just got done installing the 4.10s, wat a pain in the d!ck............. but totally worth it. i didnt really want to beat on them too much but me and my buddy took her out for a test drive and he thought it was a totally different car. i guess for my first time it wasnt too bad but i wouldnt suggest trying to install these your self unless your good with a micrometer.

haha if you actually read the ford spec on shopkey it says bang shims in with hammer, go figure. it took one wack with a rubber hammer and the factory cast shim shattered so i just replaced it with the ones in the kit.

I wouldn't listen to shopkey anymore then. Your supposed to put the shims in and tap the races with the hammer if needed.
