I need help installing Autometer gauges
Hey guys,
I bought some autometer gauges a while back for a good price. I never got around to installing them and i want to go ahead and tackle the project. I have 3 autometer 2 1/16 phantom gauges: air/fuel ratio, Water temp, and Oil press. Im not sure what exactly i will need to install these. I am picking up a triple gauge pod to go in place where the lower cd player is on a 99 GT. Any help is much appreciated!!!

Thanks, Jason

The air/fuel is digital for sure...and i think the oil press and water temp are mechanical. How would i find out what those 2 are?

A mechanical gauge is NOT safe... nothing says fun like having hot oil or water spray the **** out of you and the interior in a wreck or rollover....

Do N O T run mechanical oil pressure, water temp, or fuel pressure gauges in the interior of your car.

I have electric autometer gauges in mine.
Air Fuel is a useful gauge as long as it is a wide band.
