The first mod I'm planning to do to my car is the exhaust system, I've got a 02 GT. I'm planning on spending around 1000 bucks, any advice out there?

 

Get Mac. It's the best bang for the buck. If you want rumble, get an H-pipe and flows or Mac. If you want a nice tone, get Borla with a BBK X-pipe. If you want Violent **** puking out get LM2. If you just want it to be discusting get LM1.


The best exhaust i've heard or had was my H-pipe with flows and turn downs.

 

My advice is, go to websites like youtube or streetfire.net and search for exhaust clips of other mustangs. That will give you a good idea of what you might want. If you don't mind used parts, you could piece your entire exhaust together for under $1000(lt headers, short midpipe, and catback). Check the classifieds on different mustang forums for good deals.

 

BBK LT's, BBK O/R H if your not under strict emissions standards, and Magnaflow Magnapacks. =D should grab everyones attention.

 

yea. get more money. I just got done putting bbk lth, bbk x pipe and flowmaster cat back. I paid 200 to have the headers put on. I did the rest. $1500.00
