All you guys that have a o/r x pipe does it sound good? and do you pass emission?

sound is all preference, listen to clips on youtube or somewhere.


it will pass a visual if its NOT an off road pipe (has cats), and as long as u got no CEL on you will pass the plug in test. you probably will not pass a sniffer test in somewhere like cali where they are ****.

just had mine put on an its loud as s**t but i love it! u can hear it from a 1/2 mile away. HUGE diff. in sound from having the factory catts on!

Sorry for the hijack,but I have a O/R x pipe coming in some time this week.
What all do I need to install it,I already have a predator handheld tuner so I can turn off the rear O2 senors, and I'm getting new exhaust dounts to mount it to the factory manifolds.Do I need O2 extensions for the O2 sensors or can I just plug them in the way they are.

If you turn the rears off you will either need to plug the rear holes with an O2 plug or just screw the O2 sensors in with out plugging them in.
