me and my dad built a 93 coupe to be a drag car, still has all the full interior has a license plate and all, so its street legal just it never gets driven on the street. then he has his 02 trans am ws6 and i have my 97 cobra black on black my cobra has a few mods to it but im not going to race it. but sure ill post pics. here they are.

since that pic, ive put the black 8" shorty antenna on, and i have hids ordered. mods are jlt cai, steeda stb, steeda sfc, 4.10 gears(which are coming out because im getting 3.73s installed) bbk o/r h-pipe(coming off and ordering a bassani o/r x) mac catback. pro 5.0 shifter(coming off and im installing a mgw) plus its lowered a little which im going to install h&r.

Edit: and oh yea my car only has 40,679 on the odometer.

 

Im just curious, why do you think id be seeing that cobras tail lights? Esp with the mods listed its a cobra with exhaust...heres to show you what a 19 year old college kid who works for his car mustang gt looks like with 46k original miles and trust me i know about ls1's...got one sitting behind me in the driveway

97stanger, I love the lights, but from your first picture you posted it looks like there is a bigger gap on the passenger side than on the drivers. (hood to fender gaps). Is that just the picture or is there an alignment issue?

 

it actually did used to be off alignment until one day it bothered me so much that i seen why it was off. One of the rubber bumper support things for the hood wasnt pushed in all the way and was throwing if off a little. I'll see if i have any recent pics of it, it fits almost perfect.

 

i never said the taillights of the cobra, i said the taillights of my dads & mine 93 coupe. im not racing my cobra, im just going to restore it and make it sound badass then im done with it.

 

I dont race my car. Its a street car, never seen the track in its life time. Could run a 14.5 for all i know.

 

okay back on topic, anybody else recommend a certain hood?
