I Think it will fit under the stock 01+hood if you cut a section underneath the scoop out, not 100% on that though.

2000 I'm not so sure about a ton more horsepower than that. I actually think you would be doing good to get 310 with those mods. Having said that I hardly would call 321 incredible horse power.

I built a non-pi motor with a pi swap and stage 2 cams, LT headers, exhaust and a custom tune and dynoed at 326rwhp with stock PI intake. My friend still drives the car. Runs like a champ. Any aftermarket intake for the 2v motors are only gonna benefit from high rpm revvs. No intake can fix the poor design flow of the2v heads!!! 63hp probably with a 250 shot!

they act like 321 is a ton of power for that combo but it really isn't all that much. A set of stage 2 heads, custom cams, and the rest would easily make more power and still be just as streetable.

Aftermarket intakes for a 2v on all but the best/wildest combos = FTL.
agreed, I'll stick to my PI intake, also 309 rwtq sucks!

IT's a long story. If you don't have full exhaust and intake, you could lose quite a bit of power with it.
