Default UDPs with subs?

Is it a good idea to get UDPs if you have subs and amps in your car? Or should I just need o get a capacitor?

Run a cap unless you like pulsating headlights.

i have none of those and my lights dim slightly when base hits. Nothing bad just a slight dime you can barely notice. Im sure its not that great on my altenator.

I have UDP's (Steeda) and IMO they don't make that much of a diff when it comes to HP. I'm not saying they are a waste of money, but since you have your system, i'd just leave your stockers on and use that $200 for something else.

i have 2 12's and a 2400 watt amp. with a 5 farad capacitor and my lights still dim like crazy and my subs cut out...i would say dont waste your money on a NEW capacitor if you need one...save up for a new or beef/d up alternator like im doing...

keep stockers UDP's arent worth it anyways imo ESPECIALLY with a sub.

caps are worthless, theres an explination of why in the audio section.
