Help wanted....

I just got me a brand ford mustang 04' and im looking to spice it up a bit i was wondering would would be my best bet for adding some horses to my new toy within a $1000 price range because im trying to start early for the summer time

 

gears and exhaust and a tune if you can swing it....wont add too much HP but it will be a HUGE difference... remove your air silencer and get a K&N filter also

 

hmmm go used lol...eBay is a must if your in a limited budget...i got my throttle body and plenum for $100 off of some guy out of town...my intake for like $140 bucks, tuner for bout 180...and i got my mufflers installed an all for $200 bux...i noticed alot of difference and still have money left for maybe an xpip or gears...oh and you cant forget the short shifter(paid full price for that

yeah gears but i would save a another 800 and look for a used s/c.

 

800 for a s/c??? where can i find that deal?

Used Catback exhaust and mid pipe .............$450 + install
3.73 or 4.10 gears ....................................$200 + install
K&N drop in air filter w/ silencer delete .........$45
steeda tri ax shifter handle ........................$25

This will definatly make it feel like a new car...You'll love it.You can find free and cheap mods for your car too as you start to search around on the internet and forums.

what does s/c stand for?
