Ah, that looks nice. I'm diggin the GT stripes on his red though. Maybe get the scoop painted to match the vinyl?

 

the scoop idea might work i kinda like it and 300 isnt bad as long as they shoot some clear over the whole hood. mines chipping bad from no clear coat.when body school starts time for a re-paint!!!!

 

with the scoop black it would look like an Hon the hood!

 

I have the vinyl that goes from the front of the hood scoop down to the grill area.. I was thinking about getting my scoop painted to match, but that might be too much..?

 

take a pic of the hood and color it black and see if you like it

 

well the guy that does the painting is in the next town bout 20 miles away and he says that he doesnt like the painters from my town i thought id be real smart and say that these guys quoted me 320 so he would go down..he did and said 300, made me feel like i should have said 200 lol..but yeah he said he was going to take off the scoop so he could paint under there too and clear coat it out for me as well...now i just gotta save up the money

 

$300 is not a bad deal really..
Cost me $350ish when I had my bumper painted. So you're looking at equal or more surface area on that hood.
