Default overheating problems

i have a 96 gt and i have over heating problems ive flushed radiator and ive also replaced intake manifold which was also an up grade i heard there was a recall on the 96 -98 heads is this true if not whats the problem temp gauge is always going from hot to cold with the temp of the inside of the car doing to opposite

Have you checked the water pump? Replace thermostat? Does it overheat everytime?

most people will not click into a topic that is "?????????????????????????????????????". change it to "overheating problems - 96gt" or something like that.

Check your fluid level first.Then i would try replacing the thermostst.It cheap and easy to replace

thermostat, water pump, check engine oil if there is green sludge in it the you have a headgasket out.

check your coolant temp sensor, thats what did mine in
