Default To dump or not?

Ok I have a mac off road prochamber through flowmaster 40's right now coming out of the stock tips. Im thinking about cutting off the stock tips and putting turn downs right after the mufflers. What do you guys think? Good idea or bad? Will there be much difference in sound? And no I dont plan on buying a v6 bumper to make it look right.

I usually dump when I get that bubble gut feeling.

On a GT though I think it looks ugly when it leaves those two round cutouts for the tips empty.

If I were a highschool kid trying to attract lots of the (wrong) attention though, I would've done it ages ago.

I guess, i can deal with the drone. My friend had it on his 03' kenne bell cobra. It sounded bad *** but of course thats a 4v too. Idk I can deal with the holes in the bumper but the volume in the car maybe to much. I still want to be able to have a conversation in there. Bump for more responses.

Hey man, i have dumps on mine but it is over the axle. I also have race bullets. But i love the way dumps sound. We actually tried flomasters dumpedon my car before we put the bullets on it. Its sounded damn good. Of course i was lucky and never had any drone in my car.

if you can hold off till this weekend i can tell you what i think with the tips on. i got the same setup as you right now (prochamber and FM 40's) and my mufflers are dumped before the axle because i didnt have time to weld the tips on last weekend (couldnt find a coupler that would fit the pipes). they drone something fierce while cruising and makes my interior rattle a little actually. i'm hoping the tips will clear up some of the drone and make the sound clearer.
