Default Help please. P0153

Ok. So long story short. Last spring my CEL comes on and the code is P0153. I know its the front o2 sensor on the drivers side. Went and got a new one and put it on. Light goes away. Now it came back again. I checked for exhaust leaks, loose connections etc. Didnt find anything. I clear the code and the next time i drive the car it comes right back. Can someone please help me fix this. I also read somewhere that if you do not use a motorcraft sensor it could cause the light to come on too. The one i got was a bosch sensor.

which are for rear o2's and if place on the front o2 will **** up the computer readings....

front o2 sensors are for the CPU to make sure that the air/fuel mixture is efficiently running... the rear o2 sensors are to make sure the catylitic converters are in working order.
