Electric supercharger
I found these two site interesting so I decided to share them with everyone. I have seen E-Ram superchargers but not these. Wonder if they really work. One even gives 15 lbs of boot the 8 lbs.http://www.fullonspeed.com and http://www.electricsupercharger.net/...FScXagodTir7OQ. What do you guys think about these.

I have yet to see one of these things that actually works, and i have a hard time believing that those little electric motors can pressurize an intake manifold to 8psi, let alone 15.
If i had to guess Id bet it can pressurize a closed system to that pressure, but not an engine sucking air out the other end, that takes some serious air flow. its the difference between inflating a balloon by blowing into it, and inflating a rubber open-ended hose by blowing into it.
Here is a link the the forums which are on the website you linked.

It clearly says VORTECH on the side of that supercharger. They claim that it is from Thorton. This picture ir enough for me to say this is BS.

Wow take it easy didn't mean to hit a sore spot. I just found them interresting. Anything can be done it just takes time and money. Like I said just interresting . I am not a seller or a buyer. I just stumpabled on them while surfing the net. I just wish someone would have them put there product where there mouth is and do some testing.
There are acutally electric superchargers out there that work. They only work on small displacement 4 cyl though, never going to happen (at least with what you can buy now) on anything above about 2.0L.
I have seen a couple vids with cars running 1.6 and 1.8L engines (yotas, ford escorts, etc) and electric superchargers. They can add something like 35-50 WHP, but you can only do a run or two before the extra 1-2 batterys that are in your trunk are discharged and have to be recharged off the alt (takes awhile to fully recharge them).
