Default little help please

i just ordered my stage II heads from patriot performance like 5 mins ago, but i noticed that they don't come with lifters and rockers. what the hells up with that? anyways, where and what kind of rockers and lifters do i need to order????

I have Steen Racing stage 3 heads with stock ones... just upgraded the springs with the cams.

i have the same patriot heads and i just re-used my factory lifters and rockers..........i dont think ANY aftermarket heads come with lifters and rockers

just use the stock followers. Ur car don't got no rockaz.

i thought ohc motors didn't have lifters and rockers?
