Just realized that my car has no cruse control the buttons are not there. Could the previous owner put the wrong steering wheel on? Also the light on the gauge cluster furthest to the right keeps coming on in the morning when it is cold. what is that light for? and last today i noticed that my oil gauge kept jumping from low to middle before it stayed in the middle.

You may have a car without cruise control. I know for a fact the SN95's had the no frills option. The light is your low coolant light, just unplug it and wipe the connection on both ends and you'll be good to go (Connection plug right under radiator cap area)! Not sure about your oil gauge!

 

The CC buttons are not part of the steering wheel. If your car doesn't have the buttons then it doesn't have CC. If you want to make sure you never had CC just look under your hood at the throttle body. If you have two cables going to it then you had it and if one then you didn't. You can add CC to a vehicle if you want though. As for the light, what does it look like? If your oil pressure gauge is bouncing around you need to get it checked out asap. Never ever ever assume it's "just a bad gauge".
