need some supercharger info
what would make morepower?
Maxed out procharger(any kind)?
Maxed out KB 2.8 from MPH?
Im talking forged everything, high flow everything, with these superchargers at their max output, whats gonna make more power?

from my experience, psi vs psi, (even with nearly identical power numbers) the procharger wins races simply because of having more top end than the kenne bells....plus its harder to grab traction right away with the KB (not that the procharger is easy...but boost comes on higher in the rpms)
its a tough question to answer though....
a guy i worked with had a procharged gt d1sc (ithink) running 16psi, full boltons/longtubes/ported heads/cams and he was well into the 600rwhp mark.
but heres a reference for ya for the prochargers: http://www.procharger.com/models.shtml
and for what its worth, ive never heard of a kenne bell (even the big bore models) going up 20psi....while d1sc's and F1a prochargers run up to 32psi...gaurantee the procharger smacks the KB power-wise

i think its 23 or 25 psi....i'm running 10# on the 2.1l which is good but doesnt flow nearly as much as the 2.6 big bore and i'm just under 500 rwhp as a reference for you...
I think theres just too many variables to take into account....i mean, if i used a 12# pulley, longtubes + O/R midpipe, race gas, meth injection and a retune I could probably make just as much if not more power than a GT with just a 2.6l @ 15lbs...
but if you're talking about gigantic power numbers like that anyway, you're probably better off talking to the vendors direct and not the forum guys....i dont think anyone on here even has the 2.6 kit let alone pushing 20#'s lol...KB tech support is very helpful (I had a lot of questions before I purchased...and they were great about answering)...
BTW...if youre looking for max power...(and since youre looking at a big bill anyway) why not look at a giant 97mm turbo or something of the like? more power per pound of boost....just wonderin....
