Default Flowmaster Question

OK so i have a 04 GT and i want to get flowmasters on it next week and i was looking at some different types of kits with flowmaster. Now i saw an off-road super 40, but im worried that my C.E.L. will be effected and if it is effected is there a way i can remove the C.E.L. problem. Or should I just stick to the 40 series and call it a day. Or if anyone has anyother idea or suggestions....please let me know.[X(]

Default RE: Flowmaster Question

uhh..as long as you have cats you wont get a CEL. they probably say off road use because they might be louder than normal flows or something (i dont know for sure, but theres no way mufflers can be "for off road use" unless they are too loud in my thought process).

if you change your midpipe and get an OR pipe just get some 30$ mil elims. but just a catback WILL NOT trigger a CEL unless you screw something up in the process.
