On the bottom section it doesnt sit completley flush with the bumper, it kinda sticks up in the middle. Anyone else have this issue??

are you ever going to take it off? i would use superglue to tack it down as long as your careful with it, it cant ruin your paint, just make sure you squirt a little bit under hold it down and make sure it doesnt come out the front

You mean the bottom piece? Mine did stick up a little, so I tried some glue...didn't work, so I just said '**** it'. If it really bothers you, try a small screw.

Im talking about the bottom piece of place that just pops in and are held in place by the retainer pins at the top

when i first put mine on the middle piece was sticking up like 1/8" and i was getting worried that it would always look like that. i took it out of my garage and like 20 mins in the sun later, it was completely flush with the bumper.it's gonna expand and contract. i got used to seeing the litttttttle(now 1/16") gap, that i don't even notice it anymore

If you don`t want to use glue which might damage the paint. Just use some clear silicone & brace it with something until it dries. That way if you have to take it off later, you can use something like a rubber scraper & get the silicone to peel off with no damage to the paint
