PM SOWAXEMAN....he lives in Indiana and may have a name for you.

I've had two dyno tunes done at two different shops (I have a 4-bank SCT chip....so they're just flashing mine when they tune it). First round of work; dyno was $450. Latest work; $525.

get a chip and get ur car dyno tuned. you can have one NA tune and one Nitrous tune. my tuner charged me 250 for a tune and kept it on the dyno till he got it right. i think thats what all shops should do. if they cant get it done right within a hour then thats their fault.

How good are the mail order tunes? Right now I have two options, either buy a mail order tune from them, or get a used unlocked sct xcal2 off of ebay and then go get my car dyno tuned from them.

I have had a couple members tell me the prices they have paid for dyno tunes can someone else pitch in and give me an idea of whats an average price? Also any experience with their mail order tunes?

I paid a flat fee of $550 for the chip and whatever dyno time was necessary.
