do headers make a diffrence?
[align=left]+1 having an aftermarket k member is alot easier to get to things. I'd recommend any1 changing headers to also change their k member.

$250 for a tubular Kmember would be well spent if your taking your tranny out that much. I can pull my longtubes off in an hour with my kmember

you wont see much until you have more parts..to get 300rwhp you need heads/cams/intake/exhaust/headers/tune/pullies..
If your buying longtubes save for a tubular k-member also and do it both at the same time since most shops drop it when they install the headers anyway and you can kill 2 birds with 1 stone. The kmember will help in the suspension department and if you decide to turbo it later on.

Was going to buy LT headers but worried about bottoming out cz my car is lowered 2in" so Ibought some BBK shorties im putting on right now in progress and they taking me longer than i thought because it seems like ford built the car around the engine pretty much its so fricken cramed, not much space to do headers..its easier to drop k-member but i havent done that yet, im trying to do it without dropping the k member tho..we'll se how it goes and good luck doing yours if you get some
