i have around $500 cant decide what i want to do first though...
1) 3.73's
2) X-Cal 3 and O/R x-pipe
3) lowering springs and lower control arms

what do you guys think would be the best mod the car is stock right now ? thanks

 

its between lowering it and the gears IMO. You could get BBK springs for around 180 and install them yourself, get the gears for around 175 if you look around and a good install price for the gears is around 200-225...youd be a little over budget but ud get the first two things that should be done to any mustang out of the way...

 

Do you drag it often? If so I would do gears and some tires.

 

like twice a week and once in a while i'll go on a saturday

 

then gears would b a good first step and if u can turn a wrench u can have them installed in a couple hours. if u save up a litte more money then u can get the springs and control arms

gears and recommend you get the xcal to recalibrate your speedo... (but you will need more $$$ if you are not doing install yourself.)

 

my friend works at a dyno shop i'll just have him recalibrate and shut of the o2 sensors for the exhaust after he installs the gears.

 

definently go with the gears, cant go wrong there.

 

Gears and then suspension my friend. An O/R pipe can wait.
