I'm going to change my oil, fuel filter and spark plugs tomorrow.I've had my car for about 30k miles and have never changed my fuel filter and spark plugs.Think it will "pep" my car up at all? What would be some good plugs to get?

 

It won't pep it up. Your gas mileage might go up a tiny bit, but that's about it.

As far as plugs go, are you more or less stock? Just get stock replacements.
