Slow? My car beats 04 cobras. I don't think thats slow. Plus the car is getting ready to accept a procharger F1A when I come back from Iraq.

I got the valve covers from rpmoutlet.com. The only problem with them is there are no provisions for a pcv system. I took them to a local machine shop and had them drill some holes for gromets and the pcv. And the mounting hardware sucks. But they look awsome so it made it all worth it.

I'm home till the 20th then I wont be back till Dec.
Ahahahaha, funny, but it is a true statement guys. So dont call BS on that. What happened to the TT setup Shaun? Where is a good machine shop around here, hell where is a good performance shop around here, LOL.

TT is nolonger an option. I don't like the company that makes the kit i wanted. There are lots of good machine shops like Richmonds (where I had my shortblock done) and I took the valve covers to Red River out by the new hospital. Great guy and is gonna machine me up some really nice almminum pulleys to replace all of my pulleys. Good performance shops around here, none, Delk is closest but I wouldn't buy a bolt from them they suck. For the most part my mustang friends around here bring their cars to me for performance upgrades.

I've never heard of Richmonds or the other one, LOL. I've heard mixed things about Delk, and I know of a few guys who love what Delk does and always goes there. So if I buy some cams and heads you can install them for a 12 pack of Beer?

Heads and cams I install for $500 plus $300 and I'll do a custom road tune (better then a dyno tune) If you get comp cams the price will go up cause I will have to degree them.

Yes the engine is built but still has stock heads and cams

Damn!!!! That seems like alot, especially when I heard the total price for cams + install would be around $1200 at a shop, and thats with a tune. I can understand the price goes up with heads, but damn that seems like alot, LOL.

$800 for heads, cams and tune is pretty cheap and I can do it in a day unlike some shops around here.

Yeah, well I dont know any shops around here that would do this type of work or that I would trust. Well you figure $800 for install, then around $2000 or more for the parts. Thats alot of money I dont have to spend on the car right now, LOL.
