Default Difference between OE and AFTERMARKET

***EDITED POST***

What is the difference between the factory or OE production of the cobra bumper:
http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/...1&comp=LRS

and the aftermarket:

besides about $200? I'm about to purchase it today and didn't know why there is such a price difference. Are they made of different materials?

Oh, and what parts I will need to complete the cobra bumper (bumper, fog lights, bezels, mounts, chin spoiler). Anything else? Will I need wiring?

The only difference is that you will not be able to use that long black peice of the grill delete if you decide to go with one. Other than that, there's not really a huge difference.
